Identity Sunday, February 2, 2025

When a person follows Jesus, their identity is immediately changed. We go from being estranged foreigners to being beloved children. We need to learn to live into this new identity, but our identities are changed. Part of living into the identity is to recognize the gifts and skills that God has given us and put them to use serving other people. God gives gifts to his children for them to use in blessing other children of God and in giving the world the shape of Kingdom of God.
