Steve and Jill schmidt

More than twenty five years ago, Steve and Jill began their college experience at Iowa State University. They entered Iowa State as freshmen the fall of 1989, excited about the future yet unsure about where they fit in and what would lie ahead.

As the saying goes: the more things change, the more they stay the same. Even though more than two decades of time have passed, thousands of freshman are still showing up on college campuses around the world excited about the future yet unsure of what lies ahead.

CRU's vision is that every student and faculty member on every college campus in the world would have an opportunity to hear and respond to the Gospel of Christ before they graduate. They hope that the future of every college student would include a personal relationship with Jesus Christ!

Join Steve and Jill with the rest of CRU in praying that 25 years from now there will be thousands of men and women who will be remembering how they came to Christ their freshmen year in college. The Lord is faithful, and He will never stop caring for and pursuing the souls of college students and faculty.
