The question for today is, “Do we WANT to glorify the name of God?” Both the phrase “Hallowed be Thy Name” in the Lord’s Prayer and the Third Commandment challenge us to truly know God so that we may “honor, glorify, and praise” him. We are to “glorify God in all our words and works.” The better we know the LORD our God, the more we will want to glorify him in every area of life.
