Pray for One Another Sunday, October 3, 2021

When we love and care for people, we will find ourselves confronted by needs we cannot meet and situations we cannot fix. These move us to prayer on behalf of our friends and loved ones. Jesus commends asking God to meet the needs of loved ones by saying, “If you know how to give good gifts to your children how much more will your heavenly father give good gifts to those who ask him.” The Bible presents prayer as a powerful and effective tool to care for one another.
