Sharing God's Attitude Toward the Disadvantaged Sunday, May 2, 2021

Psalm 140:12 says, “The LORD secures justice for the poor and upholds the cause of the needy.” From the laws of Leviticus to the latest letters of the New Testament the LORD’s care for the poor and needy is regularly expressed. Today we will look at Jesus’ words in Matthew 25 that highlight the importance of caring for the disadvantaged as a part of our walk with him. We will also present the ministry of Compassion International as one way to fulfill this mandate.
