Faithfulness vs. Fragmentation: The LORD calls his people to a long obedience in following Jesus. Faithfulness implies loyalty to relationships and to a set of ideals or values. The classic call of Jesus is for his followers to faithfully live out his command to love one another. Fragmentation is the opposite and occurs when we try to follow too many leaders or allow our obedience to Jesus to be compromised by our obedience to other people, plans, or desires.
