Light or Darkness Sunday, February 7, 2021

Today as we walk with Jesus, we will witness him heal a man who was blind from birth. In the face of this astounding miracle the Jewish leaders turn their backs on Jesus and refuse to consider that he could possibly be a godly man because he didn’t fit their expectations. Jesus brings light to the blind; he claims to be the light of the world but the leaders choose to be blind. This challenge comes to us as well. Are we willing to accept what the Bible teaches about Jesus and what he says about himself or do we intentionally refuse to accept his testimony about himself?
