Jesus' Concern for Jerusalem Sunday, April 10, 2022

This morning the Sunday School children will present several songs and verses as a part of our Palm Sunday worship service. Rev. Steve Boersma will be preaching for us. His message will take us to the scene of the first Palm Sunday. The people of Jerusalem were shouting, rejoicing, and praising God because their Messiah had come. But the one they meant to honor was weeping. Jesus knew that the people of Jerusalem would reject him. They did not know what would bring them peace. However, there is hope for Jerusalem, and there is hope for us. God has promised that he will one day give his people a home in the New Jerusalem.
